Return & Exchange Period

Orders within Kuwait:
Products may be exchanged within 3 days from the date of receipt only if the item is damaged, defective, or not as described.
The product must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with the original packaging and invoice. -
International orders (outside Kuwait):
Unfortunately, returns or exchanges are not accepted due to the high cost of international shipping.
