Within Kuwait

We offer delivery to all areas of Kuwait within 48 business hours from order confirmation.
Delivery fee is 2 KWD. Orders with a total value of 30 KWD or more qualify for free delivery.

GCC Countries

We ship to all GCC countries within 14 business days using standard shipping, with a flat rate of 10 KWD for all orders.
We also offer express shipping within 5 business days; fees are calculated based on the shipment weight.

Shipping Delays / Lost Shipments

In case of unusual delays or a lost shipment, please contact us immediately so we can follow up with the courier company.
We will ensure appropriate compensation or send a replacement order as soon as possible.
